Part Model Design
Our Design Process Starts from Understanding the Requirement, and working on offering product solutions based on these well defined requirements. Our design team works on these requirements, to create the Part Model Design before starting the final product manufacturing phase.
3D Printing
We offer 3D printing services for the creation of prototypes as well as series production. Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), HP Multi Jet Fusion (HP MJF), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA), Carbon DLS, Direct Metal Laser Sintering, and PolyJet are some of the processes we can employ to create parts.
Sheet Metal Design
Our Product Design Team undertakes challenging tasks of Sheet Metal Designing as per customer requirements. We deliver a unique proposition, where we use our product and process expertise to create sheet metal products that fulfill customer expectations.
Plastic Mould Tooling
We undertake Injection moulding for the production of our product offerings. Plastic Injection Moulding machinery and tools are used for end-product manufacturing in this process.
Rubber & Silicone Mould Tooling
We design and manufacture tools for Silicon and Rubber products for a variety of end-use applications
Injection Moulding
Injection moulding by Progresso Tech is the most cost-effective method of mass-producing plastic parts and provides consistent quality for low-to-high volume production. Progresso Tech provides a wide range of rigid plastics and resins with the structural and aesthetic properties that are required.
Rubber Moulding & Silicon Moulding
We offer rubber & silicone mould tooling for multiple products. We Design & manufacturing of Tools of Rubber and Silicon for Different end application use cases.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
For the fabrication of sheet metal products, we offer metal cutting and bending services. The Laser cutting operations ensure that ready parts are made with precise cuts & excellent quality finishes. Coatings, heat treatment, and other post-processing options are available for all items upon request.
Post Processing
Apart from Injection Moulding, part assembly and complete finished part assembly is undertaken on our assembly lines.We not only focus on manufacturing but also on the post-processing procedures, where quality is verified, the packaging is done, and a good quality product is ensured at the end.
